Biography
Antonella has been with the company for over 14 years and brings a total of 18 years’ experience in freight transport economics and policy to the team.
Antonella specialises in the economics of ports and shipping sectors, as well as global trade. Before joining MDS Transmodal, Antonella worked as a teaching assistant and researcher in Transport Economics at the University of Bari and as a Business Consultant for G.Zito Consultancy in Bari.
What motivates Antonella
Antonella loves having the opportunity to examine and comment on the interaction between trade and shipping supply, looking at the trends in trade flows and the competitive landscape for liner shipping with the interlinkages between them, their possible causes and effects.
Outside work
Antonella spends time outside work with her son enjoying exploration of the (physical and imagined) world around us.
