Nour joined MDS Transmodal in February 2023 upon concluding her MSc in Economics and Public Policy at the University of York.
She provides research and analysis in the freight and logistics sectors by analysing datasets, interpreting statistical trends, and contributing to written reports.
She brings over 2 years’ experience as Economic Researcher at the British Egyptian Business Association where her work involved supporting economic relations across sectors of bilateral trade.

What motivates Nour
Using evidence to guide policy and ultimately find the balance between efficiency and equity in the areas of work she covers.
Outside work
Nour enjoys visiting historic sites in every city she visits. She also enjoys forms of storytelling, specifically reading books and listening to podcasts. To unwind, she likes solving jigsaw puzzles and framing them although she's slowly running out of wall space.
